Design therapy, huh? I love it!

I've found that just as one's home can impact mood and emotional stability, the opposite is also true. One's emotional stability will be reflected in the home (decor and upkeep). I don't know about you, but I've known plenty of people who may be struggling in their personal life, and to no surprise, their house looks like a tornado just blew threw. So which came first, the chicken or the egg? Probably in this case, the person was already in emotional crisis, but I still believe that helping to create some order in your personal space will be a good first step to creating order in your personal life.
