Some of your favorite makeover shows are holding a casting call for you! Love “Colin and Justin’s Home Heist”? Here’s your chance to register for a shot at appearing on their show. Other shows on the look out for fresh subjects are: “Big City Broker”, “Disaster DIY”, “For Rent” (darn I would have loved to be on this!), “House Poor”, the new “Property Virgins”, and “Pure Design.”

Thanks for the heads up, the wife and I have always wanted to be on a home improvement show (especially with the amount of work we do to our home)…

My husband and I own an extremely charming 1886 Currier & Ives-style farmhouse in Wheaton, Il. It sits on roughly 3/4 of an acre, which I believe would be an ideal site for an HGTV makeover. We were considering putting on an addition, but with the current economic situation, we opted on doing the kitchen instead. Would this be a project that HGTV would possibly be interested in?
Thank you for your time.

I own a home we bought 4 years ago, that is in dire need of a new kitchen. The home has ceilings that are 28 feet high, with a 52″ diameter skylight, very hip roof with 4 steel supporting beams. My kitchen is from the 1970′s with the laundry room separated with a small semi-circular doorway, which makes the kitchen look smaller. Our dreams are to bring the kitchen and laundry room together and make a larger kitchen. The cabinets are homemade very outdated oak and small. The stove is half working, since we had a small fire with the right heating elements. The oven is large (burnt at the top) and built-in the wall, which is 45 degrees from the stove. The kitchen is maining non functional. We have replaced the refrigerator & dishwasher. WE ARE IN DIRE NEED OF AN UPGRADE, and probably have the oldest non-functional kitchen in the Saint John, New Brunwick area. ;>)

We inherited a home in the Forest Park area of B’ham, AL from my husband’s Mother. The area is on both the local and national historic registries. Our son is buying the home (relocating from Atlanta to B’ham) and sentimentally would like to renovate it and have his young family live in it. He and his wife have a 4-mo. old baby boy. He is working himself to death, but has run out of money and major projects still need to be done…upgrading plumbing and electrical, repairing plaster walls, updating the kitchen, etc. You would love working with Sammy and Karla, and they would so appreciate your help. My mother-in-law (a World War II widow) lived in the house for 40 years. Could be a beautiful home with the proper TLC. Would part of this project be of interest to HGTV and the House Poor show in particular? Thank you tremendously! We can supply lots of pics to show you the home. The home has a potential beautiful view of the city of Birmingham.

Hi!
I’m quite sure this is the wrong way to contact you, but I am not great on the computer.
I wondered if my home could be a “Heist” project.
It is a 3 storey, square log and pine, open concept home and
I desperately need help with it.
45 minutes straight north of Toronto. 5 Acres, Extremely
scenic view.
I am a 66 year old widow. I have lived here 30 years. I
retired, but was lonely and went back to work. I still
ride horses ( have 2 of my own). I still compete with bird
dogs and I still Judge C.K.C. Hunting Dog Test and Trials.
The Hillsburgh / Erin area is beautiful horse country and
I am priveledged to live here
If there is any interest at all, you would have to call
me at 519-855-3220 as I do not go onto the computer unless
to access information.
I have my fingers crossed ( I think, they do some pritical
radical things)
