I stripped and applied an Armstrong Floor finish with a vinyl floor. After it dried, I buffed some of the areas that looked dull and mopped it afterwards with just clear water, the following day I looked at the floor and it left stricks all over, I then buffed the floor over and over for 2 days ( ‘was so frustrated!) and the floor looked not too bad but when I tried to mop a small are after 1 week, it left stricks again. How should I clean the floor when it needed mopping all the time?
Thank you so much for your help….
