What if we live in a place where is less sun. I like this system and how you explain it all but I am just curious because here where we live is not so sunny.

Mark,

Costs vary depending on such things as difficulty of installation and optional equipment selected.

Each outdoor unit can have up to 15 solar modules attached to it. The excesss energy can be fed back into your home to run other appliances. There is also the capability of selling excess power back to the grid from your panels, if allowed in your area by the electrical company. Imagine the utility company finally paying you.

I would recommend getting the iComfort (ic)option.

Excellent information, and well written. We've been hearing more and more stories about solar installs from our contractors, and the homeowners are very pleased with their decision to go solar.

Wow, I did not know we pay nearly $1,100 for energy each year. I thought it was up there but maybe that here in Maryland the costs were just extra high. That's incredible! I really do think that the solar power unit is a great concept. More people will definitely catch on to this in the future.
