It’s that time of year again, when a walk down the residential streets in the Annex means encountering plenty of contractor signs and garbage bins parked in front of home every where. I’m sure it is in your neighborhood too. Whether you dream a new kitchen or even have a pretty plan renovating it, it’s a good thing. It will not benefit you but also your mood in cooking. Maybe you’ll be saving more of your time in cooking because it is more organize than you have before.

Those kitchens look nice. I sure do hope that those designs matches up with each home’s design as a whole. But I agree with Steel Windows that a good kitchen space saves time and lifts your mood.
I like the second kitchen best. They’ve mainly changed the cabinets and repainted it and it now looks superb. It just goes to show that with a little tweak and additions here and there, you can have a more organized kitchen.

The before and after views of these spaces are great; they really give me a solid appreciation of what can be done.
Although Jeff mentions the second kitchen, my vote is for # 1. I guess I like that scandanavian-looking birch versus white.
