Home has been in the family for many years. Grandfather passed away in Sept. 07 and now the Granddaughter ( a single 30yr old) is purchasing the home that her father grew up in. House is very structurally sound but VERY outdated, a small addition was added a few years back of a bathroom/laundry room. I can send pics if there is interest. Thank you!
